Please review the following service agreement.

By accepting service from A Greener View for your holiday lights you agree to the following:

By accepting service, the customer agrees to have A Greener View install, maintain, remove, and store the lighting display.

The provided quote includes the full service as described above.
No refunds or partial refunds will be given should the customer choose to leave their lights up,
remove the lights themselves, or store the lights themselves.

A Greener View provides all materials needed for the installation. For safety reasons, we
are unable to use any lights or power cords provided by the customer. All lights, cords, and
timers provided come with a limited lifetime warranty. We guarantee that each season you
have us install, remove, and store your lights, your display is guaranteed until December 24th of
that season, with some exceptions, as listed below.

A Greener View assumes no responsibility or liability for damage caused by vandalism,
animals, weather, or other unforeseen accidents or events. We assume no responsibility or
liability if any modifications are made by the customer to the original installation, including
adding to, removing, or modifying any part of the display, including wiring and power
connections. Any replacement due to reasons outside of our warranty will be at a replacement
cost, plus labour. Warranty only applies if the customer allows A Greener View to install, take
down, and store all lights and materials each season. Warranty is void if anyone other than A
Greener View installs, removes, or stores the lights and/or materials. Warranty is void if
customer declines to have A Greener View remove the lights after the season, and chooses to
leave them up.

The customer must provide an external GCFI outlet for A Greener View to connect the
lighting display and timer. For safety reasons, A Greener View is unable to connect the display
to any external power source without a GFCI outlet, or to any internal power source, including
inside of garages, sheds, houses, or any other structure. If the customer does not have an
external GFCI, A Greener View will run power from the display to a power cord near the area
where the customer wishes to draw power. The customer will then be responsible for providing
power to the display. A Greener View assumes no responsibility or liability for the power to the
display, and provides no warranty on lights or materials in this situation. A Greener View is not
responsible or liable for any damage arising from power being run from inside a structure to the
external display. We strongly recommend that every lighting display is connected to a GFCI
outlet on the exterior of all houses/properties.

The customer agrees to purchase, not rent, all of the included materials, and agrees for
A Greener View to store the material until next season. If you do not wish to continue service
the following year, your lights and materials will be returned to you in the condition they were
removed. We require 60 days notice if you wish to have your materials returned.
A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is due upon acceptance of the estimate, with the
remaining due at the time the installation is complete. Price includes material cost, labour,
maintenance, take down, and storage. Prices do not include any applicable taxes. By accepting
service, customer agrees to all conditions stated above.
